Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards and sealed products, all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ShinySideUpCC@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item.

We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.

Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
