Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

All products are shipped from Michigan via USPS or other available carriers. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shiny Side Up CC is not responsible for packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly and email us at ShinySideUpCC@gmail.com for assistance.

We take pride in carefully packaging all Pokémon cards and sealed products to ensure they arrive safely.
